Dear Expectant Mother

Hi, we are Alex and Rosario. We are ready and eager to be parents. Both of us have known for a long time that we would someday have children, and that adoption would be the way to make it happen. We made this book so you can learn about who we are – our life, our values – and get to know us.

We want you to know how much we respect you for your decision. We will make sure your child will always know about your love.  We look forward to being here for you during your pregnancy, and we’ll welcome you as a part of our family after your child is born.  Your baby will be loved as the miracle that he or she is with grandparents, uncles and aunts, cousins and friends around at all times. We will shower your baby with love and affection: we will cuddle and carry your child, read fairytales and sing lullabies, hold his or her hand and keep your baby safe.

We enjoy an active fun-filled life in the great outdoors. We like biking, hiking, camping and other activities that get us in contact with nature. At the same time we also enjoy just sitting on the couch watching a movie on TV.

Rosario is an accomplished runner. He likes to compete in races and marathons, and Alex is always there to cheer him on. Rosario eagerly anticipates taking your child running with him in a jogging stroller.

Alex is very excited about devoting all his time to your child. He wants to be the stay-at-home parent and give your baby complete attention and care. Your child will grow with two devoted, caring, loving parents who will make his or her happiness and well-being their top priority.

We promise you that your baby will have unconditional love, attention and care from both of us. We have thought long and hard about raising a child, and we are ready and excited to do it.  You will always be his or her only Mom. We are open to have you as part of our lives.
