ABOUT
DANIEL |
| |
 |
I
live with my wife Marlaina in the Seattle area. I wanted you to know
something about me in case you choose me as the father of your new
baby. I have already raised three wonderful kids. Katherine (Kate)
is the oldest at age 22. She is going to performing arts college and
is a gifted singer and actress, Danny is 18, is a drummer in a band
and is graduating from high school this year, Angela (Angie) is 16,
a straight A student and a gifted vocalist also. |
| I
adopted Kate and am the natural father of Danny and Angie. The fact
that all three are terrific kids well prepared to go out into the
world, I think is a strong indication of loving, attentive parents
providing the attention and guidance every child needs. I grew up
in cowboy country in Arizona, riding horses and hunting and fishing.
I had a large family. My grandparents lived next door, my aunts, uncles
and cousins lived all around us. My family were trades people. Every
one had a workshop. I learned auto mechanics, carpentry, cabinet making,
metal work and welding as I grew up. To this day I have a large workshop
out back full of tools and love making and fixing things around the
house. I have always sought out adventure in my life and have always
included my wife, my kids and my friends in a busy and fun-filled
life. When I graduated from high school I joined the Navy and saw
the world (well, the Pacific Rim countries anyway). I worked as a
Russian interpreter and saw many interesting places. After the Navy
I worked in business for many years and for the last 10 years have
either owned or managed mid-sized companies. |

About
8 years ago I got interested in airplanes and computers. Today I fly
small airplanes (4 to 6 seaters) and love taking family and friends
on day flights to the San Juan Islands or up to Vancouver Canada.
I work full time as a computer consultant. |
|
Right
now I am building big corporate internet sites at Microsoft. I have
a design studio in my home full of computers and graphic design
equipment. What I have given my kids and would give a new child
in our home is financial stability, an opportunity to learn first-hand
about almost anything they are interested in, be it travel, wood-working,
computers or business.
I want
everyone I know and especially my kids to be loved, happy and successful
in life. I know you can't learn everything you want to know about
someone from one letter, but hopefully I have given you some idea
about who I am and what I care about.
Sincerely,
Daniel 8-)
