About Us We met nine years ago through a mutual friend and have been together since. We have a wonderful relationship based on love and respect for each other. We both grew up in loving homes and had happy childhoods. We love spending time with our families and have great relationships with our parents. They are especially excited about our decision to adopt because our child will be the first grandchild on both sides!! Some of the things we like to do together are going on picnics, watching movies, and playing with our dog, Elliott. He’s a nine year old Jack Russell Terrier who loves playing with his toys, going for walks, running in the yard, and taking naps. He’s really good with kids and is going to be a great “big brother”. We also like going to the beach. We live just minutes away and can’t wait to watch our little one build sandcastles and splash in the waves. We look forward to creating wonderful memories for our child and starting our own family traditions. Kevin talks about Heather Heather is an incredibly loving and thoughtful wife. I am lucky to have found such a wonderful woman to share my life with. We have a lot of fun together no matter what we are doing. She has a great maternal instinct and takes really good care of the people she loves. Heather currently works as an office manager but hopes to be a stay-at-home mom. She loves to cook and also enjoys reading, decorating, and doing yoga. She looks forward to baking cookies, reading our favorite bedtime stories, and everything else involved in raising our child. Heather is talented in so many ways and I know she will be an amazing Mom. Heather talks about Kevin Everybody likes Kevin because he is warm, caring, funny, and always smiling. He is the happiest, most positive person I know and he’s always willing to help others when he can. Kevin is a loving supportive husband and I’m really lucky to have him. He is a hard worker and a good provider. Kevin enjoys playing golf, fishing, drawing, painting, and working in the yard. He can’t wait to share these activities and others with our son or daughter. Kids love him because he’s a big kid himself, but he also knows when it’s time to be serious.
