About Robert by Krisna

Robert is a quiet, warm easy-going man, who is at ease with everyone and is a joy to be around. His bright eyes and open face make the house shine even on the dark winter days. He is passionate both about his work as a cameraman and his hobby, photography. His photos give a wonderful insight into his nature, that of a curious and caring man who is able to capture special moments of others through the lens and in person. He is crazy about sports both in his youth as a water-polo player and now as an avid snowboard enthusiast and instructor.

Robert has a close relationship with his Mom who raised him and now currently lives nearby. The warmth and respect they show for each other will be a great role model for our child. In terms of my family Robert is already such an integral part of the family that one can not remember otherwise. In fact some of the neighbors have said that Robert (the Dutchman now has an American accent!). One of the special parts of my relationship with Robert is that we can communicate about anything and in that freedom we can also show our independence without any feelings of infringement on the other. He is dependable, honest and very dedicated to our marriage. Having spent most of his adult life in the Netherlands Robert is truly Dutch however he speaks fluent English and German and we have both been studying Portuguese for an upcoming holiday in Brazil. In Robert I feel I found my real soul mate and the thought of sharing our lives with a child would make the picture even more complete.

About Krisna by Robert

Krisna is a warm and inspiring person who lights up the house. She has a smile that will warm up every heart and is truly my friend and lover with whom I would like to have a child. Our marriage is built on trust, honesty and respect for each other and Krisna always works on maintaining these pillars of our relationship.

She has a friendly and positive approach to people both colleagues as well as friends. Krisna is a hard worker, always open to exchange new ideas and a real team player. After a dance career that spanned more than twenty years Krisna went back to college to get her masters degree in Kinesiology, specifically in dance injury and prevention. This desire to give something back to the dance community was a great motivation and demonstration of her passion for the dance profession and her care for others. Krisna has a positive attitude towards life and she has the great knack of being able to project this spirit to her surroundings.

Krisna’s ability to turn a simple event into a big adventure and a lot of fun will be a wonderful asset both as a Mom and as my wife. Her relationship with her parents is very special, clearly full of respect and love for each other along with the flexibility to change and grow. The commitment that she has both to her family as well as to her friends is what makes her unique and in my eyes a person with a solid sense of values who would be a super, fun, and above all loving Mom.
